Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Mattress Outlet. We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Window

You may return eligible items within 60 days of the original purchase date.

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Any returns initiated after 60 days will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Exchange Policy

You may opt to exchange a returned item for another item of equal or lesser value.

  • If the exchange item is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.
  • If you'd like to exchange for an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Mattresses that have been opened, used, or soiled
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Bedding accessories (e.g., pillows, sheets) that have been unsealed

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or use our Returns Portal to initiate a return request.
  2. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Returned items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. These items are eligible for a full refund or replacement without a restocking fee.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not already shipped. After that, the standard return policy applies.
